PRE-OPERATION FUNCTION TEST
10. Place two wooden blocks under the two wheels on
the front or back side of the machine, and then drive
the machine onto the two blocks. The dimension of
the wooden blocks should be (L × W × H):
750×250×87mm (29.5 in.×9.8 in.×2.09 in.).
11. The tilt alarm shall sound, the chassis tilt indicator
light shall flash, and certain operations shall be
restricted, but boom retracting and lowering as well
as turntable rotation shall be allowed.
12. Lower the retracted boom. With the machine in non-
operating position, drive the machine down and
remove the wooden blocks.
TESTING THE WORKING

1. Turn the ground/platform select switch on the
ground controller to the ground control position.
2. Pull out the emergency stop button on the
ground controller to ON position.
3. Push the articulating boom luffing switch to fully
raise the articulating boom.
4. Push the main boom telescoping switch to
extend the boom.
5. The main boom will stop extending after it
extends to the farthest position (6.3m), then the
buzzer at the ground and platform controllers
should be sounding, boom further extending and
boom luffing should be restricted, but boom
retracting and turntable rotating should be
allowed.
6. Push the main boom telescoping switch to
retract the boom.
7. The boom can be fully retracted.
Max luffing angle of main boom
1. Turn the ground/platform select switch on the
ground controller to the ground control position.
2. Pull out the emergency stop button on the
ground controller to ON position.
3. Push the articulating boom luffing switch to fully
raise the articulating boom.
4. Push the main boom luffing switch to position
the main boom horizontally, and push the jib
boom up/down switch to raise the jib boom to
the highest position.
5. Push the main boom luffing switch to fully raise
the main boom.
6. The main boom will stop rising after it rises to
the maximum angle (73° [±1°]).
7. The main boom will stop descending after it
descends to the minimum angle (-4° [±1°]).
8. Push the main boom telescoping switch and
main boom luffing switch to retract and lower the
boom.
9. The boom can be fully retracted.
Note: The maximum allowable error of the angle
sensor in the full range of measurement shall not be
greater than 0.5°.
TESTING THE WEIGHING
SYSTEM
Before the test, fully raise and lower the boom and fully
extend and retract the boom twice separately to ensure
the pulley and track are adequately lubricated. The test
results shall be as follows:
