UNSAFE OPERATION HAZARD
• Unless in emergency situations,
never operate the machine from
the ground controller if there is
any person on the platform.
• Never operate the machine if any
control handle or switch that
controls the platform movement
does not return to the OFF
position after being released.
• To avoid serious personal injury
or death, do not remove, modify
the footswitch or disable it with
stops or by any other means.
COLLISION HAZARD
Before operating the boom, ensure the
area near or under the platform is clear
of persons or obstructions.
Preparation
1. Turn the Ground/Platform select switch on the
ground controller to platform control position.
2. Pull out the emergency stop button on both the
ground and platform controllers to ON position.
3. Turn the key switch on the ground controller to
ON position.
4. Ensure the power indicator light is illuminated and
no error comes up.
Power indicator light
When the “power indicator light” is on, it means that
the power supply of the platform controller is normal.
Horn
After pushing the horn button, the horn shall sound.
Foot switch
1. Release the foot switch, and directly push any
function switch/handle, the corresponding
function shall fail to work and the buzzer shall
sound.
2. Depress the foot switch, and meanwhile push any
function switch/handle, the corresponding
function shall work normally.
3. Push one function switch first and then depress
the foot switch, the corresponding function shall
fail to work and the buzzer shall sound.
4. Depress the foot switch for 7 seconds, and then
push one function switch/handle, the
corresponding function shall fail to work and the
buzzer shall sound.
Emergency stop button
1. Push in the emergency stop button on the
platform controller to OFF position, all functions
shall be inoperative.
2. Pull out the emergency stop button on both the
ground and platform controllers to ON position,
the machine can work normally.
3. Push in the emergency stop button on the ground
controller to OFF position and that on the platform
controller to ON position, all functions shall be
inoperative.

技术要求
1、PVC 不干胶自粘面膜。
2、面膜底色为黑色。
3、颜色要求：上下台切换图标中底座颜色为蓝色，转换方向图案黄色，叉子及平台颜色为黄色，
升降切换图标底座颜色为蓝色，上升图案黄色，下降图案为红色，
急停开关图标底色为黄色、字体颜色为红色,小时指示图标为绿色。
4、所有孔尺寸公差为±0.1；
