8.9 Regulation of output air pressure
Remove the front and back covers, disconnect ground connecting
wires on the cover. Adjustment of the pressure regulation must be
completed when the pump switches off and the indicator of
humidity is in the green area. To set the output pressure, lift the
control button of the regulator(1) (it is locked in the downward
position) and rotate. Set the pressure of the output pressure by
0,2 bar more than the demand (following the construction of
regulator) for a running compressor and to check it on a
manometer. After setting the pressure, lock the control button of
the regulator turning by pushing down. Close the cabinet in the
reverse procedure - connect ground connection, and secure the
covers using all the screws.
Setting the pressure in the pressure regulator must only be done by a
qualified expert.
8.10 Replacement of pressure switch
Prior the intervention to the appliance it is necessary to decrease the
pressure of air in air chamber to zero and to disconnect the appliance from
mains.
• Remove the cover of switch, disconnect the cords.
• Loosen the nut in a direct of a arrow – (left hand
thread.)
• The new pressure switch assemble in the reverse
of the above procedure.
8.11 Adjustment of pressure switch
Disconnect hose from the bottom part of air chamber
and connect pressure gauge set to the given outlet of
air chamber. With compressor in operation set the
required switching on pressure of pressure switch by
pulling apart or tightening springs (1) (both springs
equally). Using spring (2) adjust the value of differential
pressure.
