Some Mercedes-Benz models up to 1996 may have an 8 or 16 pin diagnostic connector. The diagnosis
rogram for these models is performed through the “Flash Fault Code” option, which is at the bottom of
he Mercedes-Benz chassis number selection menu. See the below graphics below to help with the proper
onnections.
