NOTE
*1) The index containing "n" are independent for each CH.
"n" contains 0 to F, e.g. A corresponds to CH10. ( n [hex] = x [dec] )
*2) "RO" means Read only, "WO" means Write only, and "RW" means both Read and Write are
allowed. Those with a trailing P are the Index assigned to the process data.
5.1. Configuration Data (Index: 0x82n0)
The Index of Parameter CHx is the parameter settings for the ejector of each CH.
Parameter settings should be made when all CH ejectors are in the following conditions.
Supply valve de-energised (vacuum instruction ON for N.O. specification, vacuum instruction OFF for
N.C. specification)
Release valve de-energised (release instruction OFF)
Atmospheric open state with no pressure applied in the ejector.
5.1.1. Vacuum status threshold P1 (Subindex: 0x01)
Table 5-2. Vacuum status threshold P1
Name
Set value [dec]
Default
Description
Pressure P1
11...989
(-1.1...-98.9 kPa)
600
(-60 kPa)
Set vacuum status threshold (P1) for each CH.
Set the negative pressure (vacuum pressure) by an integer in units
of -0.1 kPa.
5.1.2. Vacuum status hysteresis H1 (Subindex: 0x02)
Table 5-3. Vacuum status hysteresis H1
Name
Set value [dec]
Default
Description
Hysteresis H1
10...988
(1.1...98.9 kPa)
50
(5 kPa)
Set vacuum status hysteresis (H1) for each CH.
Set by an integer in units of 0.1 kPa.
