PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
ERROR 5
The PCB temperature detected by
the "FLEXTRON POWER BASE"
module is too high.
Disconnect the power cable and perform the
following controls:
- check that the air vents are obstructed;
- check that the cooling fan of the
“FLEXTRON POWER BASE” is working
correctly.
If the problem continues, disconnect the
power cable and contact the assistance
center.
ERROR 6
The NTC temperature of the radiator
of the "FLEXTRON POWER BASE"
module is too high.
Disconnect the power cable and perform the
following controls:
- check that the air vents are obstructed;
- check that the cooling fan of the
“FLEXTRON POWER BASE” is working
correctly.
If the problem continues, disconnect the
power cable and contact the assistance
center.
ERROR 7
The NTC temperature of the inverter
radiator is out of the norm.
- Make sure the cooling fan of the
“FLEXTRON INVERTER” module works
properly;
- make sure the room temperature is
< 40° C.
If the problem continues, disconnect the
power cable and contact the assistance
center.
ERROR 8
Error in the saved data.
Turn the machine off and then on again. If
this does not work, try resetting the
EEPROM before contacting the assistance
centre. (Warning: all saved data is lost in the
event of a RESET).
ERROR 9
Error with the EEPROM.
An error occurred during the saving
process.
Press the "+" button and reconfigure the
correct machine model.
If the problem continues, disconnect the
power cable and contact the assistance
center.
ERROR 10
24V outputs overcurrent error.
Disconnect the power cable and check the
electromagnet and make sure the
connection cables are intact.
ERROR 13
Error caused by the "closed frame"
micro-switch. The maximum closing
time of the sealing frame has been
overreached or the sealing frame has
not closed correctly and the micro-
switch has not been pressed
sufficiently.
- Check that the "closed frame" micro-
switch works correctly;
- check the correct connection and
working order of the motor that powers
the automated system of the sealing
frame;
- check that the mechanical parts that
lower the sealing frame move without
friction.
If the problem continues, disconnect the
power cable and contact the assistance
center.
