PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
ERROR 14
Error caused by the "open frame"
micro-switch.
Error with the opening time of the
sealing frame.
- Check the reset switch;
- check the supply of power to the
"FLEXTRON POWER BASE" module;
- check that the 3 LEDs on the FLEXTRON
INVERTER module are turned on;
- If the problem persists, replace the
FLEXTRON INVERTER module or call
the assistance centre.
ERROR 16
Error caused by the relay-switch.
- Check the correct connection of the
emergency button and the working order
of the relay-switch.
If the problem continues, disconnect the
power cable and contact the assistance
center.
ERROR 18
1) The "open frame" and "closed
frame" micro-switches have both
been pressed simultaneously.
2) During the descent of the sealing
frame it is detected that the cycle start
micro-switch has been pressed
- Check the working order of the "open
frame" and "closed frame" micro-
switches.
ERROR 80
No communication.
- Check the cable connecting the
FLEXTRON MASTER board to the
FLEXTRON POWER BASE module.
ERROR 97

One of the modules is not responding
correctly.
- Check the cable connecting the
FLEXTRON MASTER board to the
FLEXTRON POWER BASE module;
- check the "FLAT" connector of the cable
connecting the "FLEXTRON INVERTER"
module to the "FLEXTRON POWER
BASE" module.
ERROR 100
ERROR 101
ERROR 110
ERROR 111
Error caused by the “FLEXTRON
POWER BASE”.
- Check the working order of the
"FLEXTRON POWER BASE" module;
- check the connecting cable and the
connectors in particular;
- replace the "FLEXTRON POWER BASE"
module.
If the error persists after replacing the
FLEXTRON POWER BASE module, it is
probable that the error was caused by the
transmitter of the CPU board.

Error caused by the connection
between the FLEXTRON POWER
BASE and the FLEXTRON
INVERTER.
- Check the connecting cable and the
connectors in particular.
