Administrator / Toolbox Setup
First Time Use
When “Admin” starts the screen shown to the right is
shown briey.
The rst time the Administrator software is opened you
will be prompted to select the database to be used.
Select “OK” to continue.
Select “Refresh” from the next dialog box to search the
network for available SQL Server databases. Highlight
the SQL server on which you want to install the ATC
database. If a stand-alone SQL server was installed
in a previous step the server name will match the PC
name on which it was installed.
Select “Create Blank Database on Above Server”.
You will be warned that the action you have chosen
will overwrite any existing database on the system.
This is ok if the system has not been activated and this
is a rst time install. If the system is being reloaded for
service or other reasons, then do not select to create a
database and select “OK” in that situation.
Enter the username for the selected server and select
“OK”. If the standalone SQL server is being used the
default username “sa”.
Enter the password for the selected server and select
“OK”. If the standalone SQL server is being used the
default password is “Ph1ll1p$”.
