ADDITIONAL SETUP TABS
OPTIONS
This screen allows adjusting the screen time out delays. Se-
lect the Up or Down buttons to increase or decrease the
time before Displaying the Splash Screen and the Automatic
Locking feature.
The system speaker volume can be adjusted on this screen.
Move the slider bar to the desired volume level. Click on
“Play Sound” to test the volume.
The Box serial number and database name are displayed
on this screen. This information must be recorded in order
to set up Administration rights when the Admin software is
loaded on a PC.
Select “Reload Preferences” to immediately load any chang-
es synchronized from the administrator software.
Selecting “Box Audit” requires the logged in user to open all
drawers one at a time so the unit can audit all tools. A record
of inventory is then created for that user.
When features on this screen are satisfactory select “Done”
to save and return to the main screen.
SYSTEM
DATE/TIME SETTINGS
Select this button to open the Windows Date/Time applica-
tion. Set the system time to the date, local time and time
zone.
Select OK to close the application.
