ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATION FEATURES
Below are described additional features and functions that may or may not be functional at the time of this
publication.
PREFERENCES
There are two Preferences screens, both are accessed from the “Maintenance” pull down tab on the home
screen. The rst Preferences Tab shown below, allows multiple work locations to be entered. When locations
are entered, the rst screen to appear on the tool box requires the user logging in to select the area he will
be working. After the work locations are added here they must be selected in the toolbox preferences screen
for each box before they will be active. Both screen tabs feature a “Set Toolbox Defaults” button described
earlier in this chapter.
The desired Printer for reports are selected on this screen as well as the enabling of the report to be exported
in several formats to be saved for later viewing. Those formats are “PDF”, “RTF” (an MS Word compatible
format) and XLS to be used with a spreadsheet. Automatic box synchronization and the source for pictures
and attachments are selected on this screen as well.
