The connection steps are as follows:
1. 1. Use wire strippers to strip the protective layer of the communication cable
by about 15mm, strip the insulation layer by 8mm~10mm, and lead out the
corresponding A1/B1 or A2/B2 signal wires as shown in the figure below.
2. 2. Install the proper size tubular pre-insulated terminal for the signal wire and
crimp it tightly using crimping pliers. Cut off the excess signal wires and
wrap them with heat shrink tubing, the result is shown below.
3. 3. Connect the communication cable to the RS485 port of CH1000 as shown
in the figure below.
4. 4. Connect the inverter.
1. Connection between CH1000 and inverter:
As shown in the figure below, RS485 A and RS485 B in CH1000 are connected
to RS485 A and RS485 B of COM port of inverter respectively. The RS485 pin of
the inverter is located in the COM port of the inverter.
