What to do if there is no power to backed-up loads during a power outage with my SolarEdge Energy Bank?

If you experience a power outage and your backed-up loads are not receiving power, verify the following: Ensure the inverter is producing power. Confirm the Backup function is enabled. Check for any error messages in SetApp. Make sure all backed-up load circuit breakers are in the ON position. Finally, check that the Backup Interface is in Backup mode, indicated by a continuously ON green LED.
