1. Restart the inverter or contact our service
personnel.
1. Check whether the series configuration
of the PV strings is excessive, resulting in
the open circuit voltage of the PV array
being higher than the maximum input
voltage of the inverter. If so, reduce the
number of strings and make the string
open voltage fall within the inverter
specification range.
1. Check if the input voltage exceeds the
maximum input voltage of the inverter.
2. Restart the inverter.
3. If it is still not resolved, contact the
factory's customer service.
1. Check if the input voltage is too low.
2. Restart the inverter.
3. If it has not been eliminated, contact the
factory's customer service.
1. Check whether the MPPT of the A-way is
reversed polarity.
2. Restart the inverter.
3. If it has not been eliminated, contact the
