      First, cancel write-protection. You can also slide the write-protect switch to the enable position. If that doesn't work, replace the memory card with one that has enough free space, or delete unwanted images from your Sony Digital Photo Frame. If you do not make a folder, you can only save up to 512 images. When saving images from a computer, create a folder in the internal memory and save the images there.

      If you edit or save an image file on a computer, the date of the file was modified. Therefore, images are displayed in order of the modified date instead of the shooting date on your Sony Digital Photo Frame.

If the image file may not be supported by the photo frame because, for example, it is a JPEG file that was created with your computer. Also, the image file may be supported, but may not contain thumbnail data. If the mark shown on the left is displayed, the image file is supported by the photo frame, but the thumbnail data or image itself cannot be opened. Also, ensure that you have not exceeded the limit of 4,999 image files that the Sony Digital Photo Frame can handle.
