Step 1 : Unpacking
Check that you have received the following items with the VCR:
• Remote commander • Aerial cable
• R6 (size AA) batteries
Check your model name
The instructions in this manual are for the 14 models: SLV-SE600A, SE600E, SX600E,
SE650D, SE700D1, SE700D2, SE700E1, SE700E2, SX700D, SX700E, SE800D1,
SE800D2, SE800E, and SX800D. Check your model number by looking at the rear panel
of your VCR.
SLV-SE800E is the model used for illustration purposes. Any difference in operation is
clearly indicated in the text, for example, “SLV-SE700E1 only.”
