Shipping an RMA Return
1. Place the prepaid red and white shipping label that was included with
the replacement component in a visible location on the outside of the
shipping carton. Make sure the RMA number is written on the label.
If you do not have a return shipping label, contact the RMA
Administrator at
1-800-227-4637 for instructions.
2. Follow the steps that are appropriate for your location to ship the
component.

888-777-6040).
Note: Regular FedEx pickups will not accept
ground packages. Spectra Logic will pay the
