Adding a Missed Call to Contacts
If you have missed a call and the directory number/SIP extension is not in the contact list, it
is possible to add it to the contact list from the missed call list.
1. Press to enter main menu.
2. Scroll to Calls, and press .
3. Scroll to Missed Calls, press .
4. Scroll to the desired call, and press to enter the call details.
5. Press again to enter the Options menu.
6. Scroll to Add to Contacts, and press .
7. Write the name of the contact using the keys 0-9, and then press to save the
contact.
Deleting a Missed Call from the List
1. Press to enter main menu.
2. Scroll to Calls, and press .
3. Scroll to Missed Calls, press .
4. Scroll to the desired call, and press to enter the call details.
5. Press again to enter the Options menu.
6. Scroll to Delete from list, and press .
7. Press to confirm.
Delete Call History
The call history menu can store a total of 40 incoming, outgoing and missed calls. If the
memory of call history is full, the handset automatically erases the oldest call when a new
call needs to be stored in the call history.
Use the following delete functions to empty the lists in the call history manually.
Deleting All Entries in the Call History List
1. Press to enter main menu.
2. Scroll to Calls, and press .
