8.1 Tools, Servicing Aids
– Socket, T27x125 – 0812 542 2104
– Torque wrench – 5910 890 0302
– Stud puller, M5 – 5910 893 0510
– Screwdriver, T27x200 – 5910 890 2415
– Nut, M5 – 9216 263 0700
– Loctite 242 (medium-strength threadlocking
adhesive) – 0786 111 2101
8.2 Removing the Collar Screws
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove handlebar together with control handle, @
5.2.
N Remove the powerhead, @ 7.2.
N Use M5 stud puller 5910 893 0510 to remove the
collar screws (3).
8.3 Installing the Collar Screws
N Coat threads (5) of collar screws (3) with Loctite 242.
N Fit M5 nuts on the collar screws (3).
N Insert and tighten down the collar screws (3).
N Unscrew the M5 nuts.
N Install the powerhead, @ 7.2.
N Install handlebar together with control handle, @ 5.7.
8.4 Removing the Fan Housing
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove handlebar together with control handle, @
5.2.
N Remove the powerhead, @ 7.2.
N Take out the screws (4).
