– Socket, T27x125 – 0812 542 2104
– Torque wrench – 5910 890 0302
– Screwdriver, T27x200 – 5910 890 2415
– STIHL gear grease – 0781 120 1118
– Dirko HT red sealant – 0783 830 2000
9.2 Removing Clutch Housing with Gearbox
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove handlebar together with control handle, @
5.2.
N Remove the powerhead, @ 7.2.
N Take out the screws (8).
N Lift clutch housing (1) with gearbox (4) out of the
handle frame (7).
9.3 Installing Clutch Housing with Gearbox
N Fit clutch housing (1) with gearbox (4) in the handle
frame (7) so that the screw plug (9) faces the narrow
side (arrow) of the base plate.
N Insert and tighten down the screws (8).
N Install the powerhead, @ 7.2.
N Install handlebar together with control handle, @ 5.7.
