10.4 Installing the Clutch Drum
N Apply a suitable piece of pipe (4, i.d. 16 mm) to the
inner race of the ball bearing to support the clutch
housing (2) from inside.
N Press home clutch drum (1) with installing sleeve (5)
1115 893 4600 so that the annular groove is exposed
on the inside.
N Fit circlip (3) with pliers DIN 5254-A10 0811 611 8200
so that it is seated in the groove in the input journal of
the clutch drum (1).
N Fit clutch housing on the gearbox, @ 9.5.
N Install the clutch housing with gearbox, @ 9.3.
N Install the powerhead, @ 7.2.
N Install handlebar together with control handle, @ 5.7.
