: Rotate the drive gear (1) until the
slot (arrow) lines uop with the
pin (2).
: Pull off the drive gear (1)
upwards. Use a puller if
necessary.

: Knock the pin (1) out of the shaft.
: Remove the washer (2).

: Use puller to remove the ball
bearing (1).

: Remove ball bearing (1) with
puller.
: Remove the washers (2).

Assemble the shaft in the reverse
sequence.
: Heat the ball bearings and push
them on as far as stop.
: Observe tightening torque of the
nut (1) (friction clutch) - b 3.3

Removing the gearwheel (1)

: Screw the M5 screw (1)
9022 341 1190 from installing
tool ZS (5910 007 2200) into the
shaft (2).
: Carefull press the shaft out of the
gearbox housing.

When removing the gearwheel, take
care not to damage the web (arrow)
in the gearbox housing. Support
with a suitable tool if necessary.
