: Take the gearwheel (1) and
shims (2) out of the gearbox
housing.
Installing the gearwheel (1)
: Place the gearwheel (1) and
shims (2) in the gearbox housing.

– Line up the gearwheel and shims
with the shaft bore.
: Fit the M5 nut (2) on the M5
screw (1) 9022 341 1190.
: Slip washer (3) over the screw.
: Position the shaft (4) against the
gearbox housing.

: Screw the screw (1) with nut (2)
and washer (3) into the shaft (4).
: Turn the nut (1) clockwise until
the shaft is properly seated.
: Remove the screw.

Assembling the right-hand
gearbox housing
– Clean the sealing face on the
gearbox housing - b 11
: Clean clutch drum bearing seat
(arrow).

: Place the shaft (1) in the right-
hand gearbox housing.
The ball bearings (3) on the clutch
drum (2) are bonded in the right-
hand gearbox housing with
Loctite 648 - b 11.
