2076 – GPS signal
Desired zone not found
The desired zone could not be found during
edge following.
► Redefine the desired zone in the iMow App.
Make sure that the desired zone and
perimeter wire overlap.
2077 – Desired zone
Desired zone outside
home area
The desired zone is outside the stored mowing
area.
► Redefine the desired zone in the iMow App.
Make sure that the desired zone and
perimeter wire overlap.
2080 – Network
No LTE reception
No cellular reception. ► Contact an authorized STIHL iMow servicing
dealer.
2090 – Radio module
Contact your specialist
dealer
Communication with the radio module is
interrupted.
No action required, firmware will be
automatically updated.
► If the problem persists, contact an authorized
STIHL iMow servicing dealer.
2100 – GPS protect.
Outside home area
Machine disabled
The robotic mower was removed from the
stored mowing area.
► Return the robotic mower to the home area
and enter the PIN code.
► Alternatively, enter the PIN code and perform
new installation.
2110 – GPS protect.
New location
New installation req.
The robotic mower was operated on a different
mowing area. The wire signal of a second
docking station is already stored.
► Perform new installation.
2120 – Child lock
Child lock active
– Impact sensor triggered several times
consecutively.
– Robotic mower has been lifted during travel.
► No action required if the impact sensor is not
triggered again, the message automatically
becomes inactive within max. 1 minute.
► Deactivate the child lock.
2400 – iMow successfully
reset to factory default
Robotic mower has been reset to factory
default.
► Confirm message by pressing the OK button.
4001 – Internal fault
Outside temperature
range
Temperature in battery or inside the machine
too low or too high.
► Allow the robotic mower to warm up or cool
down.
4002 – Rollover See message 1000. ► See message 1000.
4003 – Hood lifted
Check hood, Then press
OK
Hood has been lifted. ► Check the hood and confirm the message by
pressing the OK button.
