is more than 1°C (or 1°F) of difference with the same test run before in at least 6 out of 8 samplings, then
this second test will be considered as valid and the temperature-based cycle will start.
If also the second test fails, then the device will consider the spike probe as not correctly inserted, you will
hear and acoustic signal and the cycle will be automatically run as time-based.
1.11 Recording of the historical report data
During a cycle implementation, the device records the temperature values of the enabled probes, the
outputs activation, the inputs state, the defrosting cycle implementation and the presence of potential alarms.
It is possible to set up the type of data to be registered through a menu on the “service” screen; see
paragraph 12.1
1.12 End of a cycle
If the blast chillin/deep freezing temperature-based cycle ends
correctly (the target temperature at the heart of the product is
reached in the correct time) the device will automatically pass to the
preservation phase and the following screen will be visualized:
If the temperature-based cycle doesn’t end within the correct timing,
the anomaly will be signaled by the presence of the alarm icon, but
the blast chilling cycle will go on in any case.
In the temperature-based cycles, by pressing the icon Stop
, you will visualize the screen that allows you to use the
following function:
Save Recipe

to save the cycle just ended.
At the end of a time-based cycle, you will visualize the home screen
