our product in matter of safety, reliability and performance. Here you can find information and advices to
work safely and efficiently.
2. Introduction
This manual provides instructions for use and maintenance. YOU MUST STRICTLY FOLLOW THE
INSTRUCTION HERE INCLUDED. USE ONLY ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS.
The device is for professional use, so only qualified people are allowed to use it.
Instructions, drawings, charts and everything you can find in this manual are reserved. You can’t divulge
them without written consent of the manufacturer, which is the only owner and, therefore, reserves the right
to make all the changes it will consider necessary, without any notice. In event of dispute, the only valid
version of this text is the Italian one.
3. General Information
We recommend you to read carefully the owner’s instructions, remembering that it is an integral part of this
equipment, and it must be kept with care.
In case of loss or damaging of the present manual, don’t hesitate to request another copy of it, specifying the
model and the date of purchase of the product.

4. Elementary safety measures
• Unplug before making any kind of intervention on the electrical parts: the contact can
cause death.
• Don’t use the device with damp or wet hands or feet.
• Unplug before cleaning the device.
• Do not insert any screwdriver, kitchen utensil, etc. among the moving components or the
protections.
THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ANY WARRANTY OBLIGATION IN CASE DAMAGES TO THE
DEVICE, TO PEOPLE OR THINGS HAPPEN DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION AND/OR NOT IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE EXISTING LAWS.
The device is to be use for the only purpose it was designed for: blast chilling/deep freezing/preservation of
foodstuff.
5. General rule
The main features of this device are specified at page 7 and shown in the EC silver label.
6. Preliminary checks
At the receiving of the product, you must immediately verify the packaging integrity checking if there is
damage due to shipment.
Open the packaging and make sure that all the accessories are present.
If there have been transport damages, please sign the transportation document as “goods uncheck”; within
three days the damage must be confirmed by recorded delivery letter addressed to the forwarder sending a
copy of it directly to the producing company or its reseller.
Every claim must be notified within 8 days from the receiving of the goods.
7. Warranty terms
This product is covered by a 12 months warranty starting from the date of the purchase, except for the
electrical components. The spare parts will be eventually supplied under warranty ex works our
warehouse.
Before the delivery of spare parts under warranty, there must be the returning of the damaged goods.
