It is possible to save both temperature based cycles and time based cycles: in the latter case, the device
saves the timing needed to reach the correct temperature in the heart of the product.
The follwing saving options are available:
- during the maintaining phase, after a blast chilling/deep freezing customized cycle, by
pressing the Stop icon the device will give you the option of saving the recipe just run.
- save a recipe starting from the setting of a customized cycle;
- select a saved recipe, modify it and save it again.
During the saving procedure, the device shows the following screen: one that asks the recipe category,
another one showing free and occupied positions. If you select an occupied position, you will be asked the
permission to overwrite it, otherwise the following screen will be shown (to edit the name of the recipe):
