4. ALARMS
4.1 Alarms
The following chart shows the alarm list:
Clock error.
Possible solution:
- reset the real time and date.
Main consequences:
- the device won’t save the time and date when the HACCP alarm occurred
- the alarm exit will be activated.
Cell probe error.
Possible solutions:
- check the probe integrity
- check the probe-device connection
- check the cell temperature.
Main consequences:
- if the error occurs during the “stand by” mode, you won’t be able to select nor start any
operating cycle
- if the error occurs during the blast chilling or the deep freezing, the cycle keeps running
and the compressor works in a continuous way.
- if the error occurs during the maintaining phase, the compressor activity depends on
the pre-set parameters and not on the effective cell temperature.
- if the error occurs during the leavening, slow cooking or defrosting process, the cycle
will end.
- the minimum temperature alarm won’t be activated
- the maximum temperature alarm won’t be activated
- the door heater won’t be activated
- the alarm exit will be activated
Evaporator probe error.
Possible solution:
- the same as the cell probe but concerning the evaporator.
Main consequences:
- the defrosting will last as long as set with the d3 parameter
- the alarm exit will be activated.
Condensor probe error.
Possible solutions:
- the same as for the cell probe but regarding the condensor probe.
Main consequences:
- the condensor fan will work simultaneously with the compressor
- the overheated condensor allarm won’t be activated
- the stuck compressor allarm won’t be activated
- the alarm exit will be activated.
Spike probe/sensor error 1.
Possible solution:
- the same as for the cell probe error but regarding the spike probe 1.
Main consequences:
- if the error occurs during the “stand by” mode, the temperature-based operating cycles
will start as time based.
-if the error occurs during the temperature-based blast chilling, the blast chilling cycle will
last for the default time of 90 minutes.
- if the error occurs during the temperature-based deep freezing, the deep freezing cycle
will last for the default time of 240 minutes
- the alarm exit will be activated.
