Upper Thread Holder
1) Install upper thread holder
A. Install the upper thread holding device
ⓐ Remove the finger guard and the timing belt cover of
the needle bar
ⓑ Install the face plate and the face plate gasket③ by
using the face plate screws② after remove the face
plate①.

B. Connecting air hoses
ⓐ Attach the manifold bracket(D)① to the back of the table using the screw②.
ⓑ Remove the plug④ of the main solenoid valve③ and install the joint⑤.
ⓒ Link the joint⑤ and the nipple⑦ using the air hose⑥(
ф

ⓓ Insert the air hoses , , of the upper thread holder to the related places of the solenoid valve⑧ respectively.
