Error Code Description Solutions
F35 No AC grid
No utility
1.Please conrm grid is lost or not;
2. Check the grid connection;
3. Check the switch between inverter and grid in on or not;
4. If the fault still exists, please contact up for help.
F41 Parallel system stop
1. Check the hybrid inverter working status. If there's 1pcs
hybrid inverter is in OFF status, the other hybrid inverters
may report F41 fault in parallel system.
2. If the fault exists, please contact us for help.
F42 AC line low voltage
Grid voltage fault
1.Check if the voltage is in the range of standard voltage in
specication this can be adjusted via the grid set up page.
2.Check if grid cables are correctly connected.
F47 AC_OverFreq_Fault
Grid frequency out of range
1.Check if the frequency is in the range of specication
2.You may need to adjust the frequency on the grid set up
page.
F48 AC_UnderFreq_Fault
Grid frequency out of range
1. Check the frequency is in the range of specication or not.
2. Check whether AC cables are rmly and correctly connect-
ed.
3. Seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.
F56 DC bus bar voltage is too low
Battery low voltage
1. Check if the battery voltage is too low.
2. If the battery voltage is too low use the PV or grid to
charge the battery.
3. Check the battery BMS
Important: Especially with Lithium batteries, ensure that the
batteries Max. discharge current or power specication is the
same or higher than the inverter specication.
F58 Battery_comm_Lose
1. It tells the communication between hybrid inverter and
battery BMS disconnected when “BMS_Err-Stop” is active”.
2. If don’t want to see this happen, you can disable “BMS_Err-
Stop” item on the LCD.
3. If the fault still exists, please contact us for help
F63 ARC_Fault
1. ARC fault detection is only for US market.
2. Check PV module cable connection and clear the fault.
3. Seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.
F64
Heat sink high-temperature
failure
Heat Sink temp is too high
1.Check if the working environment temperature is too high.
2.Turn o the inverter for 30 minutes and restart.
