1. Do not rub the CPU against the surface or against any pins of the socket to
avoid damaging the CPU or the socket.)
2. With the CPU inside the socket, inspect the four corners of the CPU to make
sure that the CPU is properly installed.
3. To close and lock the socket, close the load plate with the CPU. Lock the
'Close1st'leverrst,thenlockthe'Open1st'leversecond.Useyourthumb
to gently push the load levers down to the lever locks.
