POWER UNIT
REMOVAL
1. Remove the recoil starter assy 1. (See page 5-2.)
2. Remove the fuel tank 2. (See page 4-13.)
3. Remove the carburetor assy 3. (See page 4-5.)
4. Remove the igniter unit 4.
5. Remove the flywheel magneto 5. (See page 3-7 and 3-8.)

6. Remove the tiller handle assy 6. (See page 7-11.)
Before removing the power unit:
• Drain the engine oil. (See page 2-4.)
• Shift into “NEUTRAL” position.
