4-2 FUEL AND LUBRICATION SYSTEM
FUEL TANK
REMOVAL
• Remove the seat and side covers. (c:::r 6-2)
•
Turn the fuel va l ve to the "OFF" position.
• Disconnect the fuel hose.
A WARNING
Gasoline is highly flammable and eYl'lo"ive .
Keep heat, sparks , and flames away from gasoline.
• Remove the fuel tank.
REMOUNTING
Remount the fuel tank in the reverse order of removal.
