TURN SIGNAUSIDE STAND RELAY
The turn signal/s
id
e sta
nd
relay, which is located behind the
headlight bracket,
is
composed
of
the turn signal relay, and the
side stand
relay and diode.
INSPECTION
Before removing the turn signal/side stand relay, check the op-
eration
of
the
turn
signal
light.
If
the turn signal light does not illuminate, inspect the
bulb,
turn
signal switch and circuit connection.
If
t
he
bulb, turn signal switch and circuit co
nn
ection are OK, the
turn
signal relay may be faulty; therefore, replace the turn signal/
side stand relay with a new one.
NOTE:
Make sure that
th
e battery
is
fully charged.
