PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT
•
Drain the engine
oil
as
described
in
the engine oil replace-
ment procedure.
• Remove the
oil
filter cap
CD
and
oil
filter @.
• R
ep
lace the oil filter with a new one.

O-ring @ are installed correctly
• Make su

that the O-ring ® behind the filter
is
in
the correct
position.
• Replace the oil filter cap and tighten the nut securely.
• Add new enqine oil and check the
oil
level as described
in
the
engine
oil
replacement procedure.

ENGINE OIL
HOSES
Inspect
initially
at
1 000 km (600
miles
, 1 month) and
every 6
000 km (4 000 miles, 6
months)
thereafter.
Inspect the engine
oi
l hoses for damage and oil leakage.
If
any
damages are found, replace the engine
oil hoses with new ones.
