HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Pump and Motor:
Synesso™ uses a Fluid-o-Tech rotary vane pump which boosts incoming water pressure to 9 bar when the
motor is acvated. Pressure can be a adjusted by loosening the nut on the right side ng and then turning
the adjustment screw:
 Clockwise to INCREASE pressure
 Counterclockwise to DECREASE pressure
Synesso uses a Marathon carbonator pump motor to power the pump. CE machines use a 50 Hz Fluid-O-Tech
pump motor.
MVP vs MVP Hydra Pump Conguraons:
MVP machines have a single pump/motor for the machine. The pump has the dual inlet conguraon as
shown. MVP Hydras have a pump/motor for each group present and come with a manifold to separate the
incoming water to the appropriate routes.
