6.3 Hydraulics
The wrapper requires a single acting outlet
with free return directly to tank.
Clean hydraulic oil will prevent excessive
wear and premature failure of components.
Change the tractor filter and oil as per
manufacturer’s instructions (models S & C
only).
6.3.1 Oil flow
The wrapper is designed for an oil flow on
26 litres/min and a oilpressure of 150 bar.
Redundant oilflow will automatically return to
tank.
A too high oil flow might cause:
Overheating of oil.
Functional errors.
Damage to hydraulic components.
This can be avoided by:
Adjusting the tractors oilflow to maximum
30 litres / min. The oilflow must be re-
stricted by the tractors oillimiter Please
check with the tractors user manual.
Reduce the tractors rpm. so the oilflow
does not exceed 30 litres/min.
Free return directly to tank.
A too low oil flow might cause:
Reduced operating speed.
6.3.2 Return pressure
A high return pressure can influence the
hydraulic functions and lead to functional
failures.
The return pressure must not exceed 10bar
at 50 litres/min. Check that the return oil
returns directly to tank. A separate freeflow
return coupling might be necessary. Check
with your tractor specialist.
