Operator´s manual round bale wrapper 7640
8 Operation of model M
8.1 Lever functions
Lever 1: Satelite Reduced and full speed.
Lever 2: Table Forwards and backwards
Lever 3: Loading arm Out and in
Lever 4: Filmcutter Open and close
The drawbar is operated separately, mechanical or hydraulically direclty from the tractor (op-
tion)
Manual wrapping requires attention from the operator since no safety systems can prevent
possible collision between satellite and filmcutter or satellite and loading arm.
Start position: Table in horizontal position,
loading arm closed and satellite in park
position
1. Move the table forward and open the
loading arm as you reach the bale
2. Drive into the bale, the bale should
touch the disc. Close the loading arm.
3. Tilt the table upwards until it reaches the
horizontal position
4. Open the loading arm
Model M& S only:
Observe! Beware of collision risk between
loadingarm and satellite if table is too far
back of level position.
5. Activate satellite rotation reduced speed.
After one revolution, move the lever
quickly to full speed. If autostop is
mounted, the lever can be released after
three rotations. The satellite will then
stop automatically when one round is
left.
6. When the film is stretched between the
bale and filmcutter, open the cutter so
the film releases. When the film is out,
close the cutter.
Attention: Be aware so the satellite
doesn’t collide with the cutter.
Operating model M

satellite rotation is acheved.
