6.4 Adaption for bale size
6.4.1 Table roller distance
The rollers are factory fitted for 1,2m bale
diameter. If the bale size is substantially
larger, the rear roller has to be moved to the
rear position to ensure maximum contact
between bale and belts.
6.4.2 Prestretcher height
In order to get the optimum film consump-
tion and best possible bale sealing; adjust
the film mast to ensure that the film centre
line and the bale centre line are identical, if
possible. This will depend on the bale diam-
eters.
6.5 Stretch film
Film width: 750mm only
Tackiness: Good, on inner side only
Strength: High flexibility for proper enclosure at corners and edges
Film thickness: Must be at least 25 micrometers due to less thickness when stretched.
6.4.3Support rollers
Additional support rollers are recommended
when wrapping in hilly conditions or wrap-
ping bales with low density.
