11.7 MAINTENANCE OF CEA AIR-COOLED CONDENSERS
Air-cooled condensers require regular inspection of the evaporator coils, which should be cleaned if the cooling
fins become clogged with dirt.
It is also necessary to check the fan power draw as well as check for abnormal fan noise and the condition of
the speed control.
The coils should be cleaned in accordance with the following indications:
