WARM UP
The key, available on Top, starts a warm up exercise for the upper part of the trunk.
This exercise is performed in constant torque mode.
Type in the eort level with the number keys, then press ENTER to conrm and proceed. The exercise starts.
The warm up lasts 4 minutes, 3 minutes with the forward movement and 1 minute backwards.
The duration of the WARM UP can be modied in the conguration menu; in case of modication, the movement remains forward for the rst 3/4 of the exercise,
and backwards for the remaining 1/4.
At the end of the exercise there is no cool down.
