Description of the control panel
Heart rate LEDs
The heart rate LEDs will be unlit if there is no heart rate signal. If there is a heart rate signal
the LEDs will light up, and if the age has been entered when programming the exercise or if the
exercise has been stored on the TGS key, the LEDs will all light up and the LED corresponding
to the user’s theoretical maximum heart rate will blink.
The rst two LEDs, coloured orange, signal a heart rate less than 60% of the theoretical maximum heart rate; the four central LEDs, coloured green, signal values
between 60% and 90%; the two red LEDs signal a heart rate greater than 90%.
The graph for selecting the workout heart rate is shown in the Monitoring the heart rate section in the equipment manual.
