SCIentific
Sends displayed cursor readout.
The response can be specified to be in either string or scientific notation
format.
If the cursor is offscreen, the returned value will be preceded by question
marks and are not valid.
READOUT <xread>, <yread>
<xread> ::= horizontal reading in volts
<yread> ::= vertical reading in amperes ( or ohms for f LINE cursor)
When queried with the SCIentific argument, the responses <xread> and
<yread> are <NR3>.
BGM? Response with the b or gm/DIV readout.
