Arguments
READ specifies read as the data direction.
WRITE specifies write as the data direction.
NOCARE specifies either as the data direction.

This command specifies the length of the data string in bytes to be used for an

This command requires a DPO4EMBD application module for DPO/MSO4000B
and MDO4000/B/C models or MDO3EMBD application module for
MDO3000 models.
