This document provides operating information and specifi cations for the Tektronix THDP0100/0200 & TMDP0200 high voltage
differential probes. The probes share similar functions, properties, and operating procedures, and are discussed first, followed
by the specifications, which differ by probe model. Service procedures include performance verification and adjustments.
WARNING. Only use the accessories that are designed for your probe and that are rated at or above the voltages you
are measuring.
