Note: When the Auto Sash motor drive is set to a high speed, allow a margin for the sash to
over-run when calibrating the sash position. See the instructions above. Allow a 5 mm
(0.197") margin at the highest and lowest point.
7.6.3 DDA Calibration
1. Press and hold the Enter button for approximately 5 seconds or until the main menu
appears.
The LCD display will show the current hardware and software versions. For example, 1.
HW2.0 FW1.1.
2. Press ↓ and select 2. Setup.
3. Press Enter.
4. Enter the Password using the ↑ arrow and Enter button, the factory default is 1 0 0 1. In the
Set-Up menu, the controller will display Keypad Tones.
5. Press ↓ and select System Profile.
6. Press the Enter button and use the ↑ / ↓ buttons to select DDA profile and press Enter.
7. Use the ↓ button to scroll through the menu, select Sash Settings and press Enter.
8. In the Autosash configuration menu, the display will show 1. Enabled.
9. Use the ↓ button to scroll through the menu and select 4. Calibration and press Enter.
10. Follow the on-screen instructions and set the sash to the centre opening, for example, 250
mm.
11. Press the ↓ button to find which arrow represents the sash closing and press Enter. This step
shows the controller which direction the motor needs to drive to close the sash.
12. Fully lower the Base and Fully close the sash and press Enter.
13. Fully raise the Base and Fully close the sash and press Enter.
14. Fully open the sash and press Enter.
15. With the Base Fully raised close the sash and set the bottom position and press Enter.
