To Check (Horizontal Clearance)
With unit in stop position and release lever in upper step of
latch lever, manually trip function clutch.
(1) Requirement
1-.--------- Min 0. 005 inch---Max 0. 018 inch
between the right edge of punch slide reset bail and
blocking link.
(2) Requirement
STOP ARM BAIL
With selector range soale set at 120 the blocking link
should be centered between the clutch disc mounting
screws and the selector stop arm bail.
CLUTCH DISC
MOUNTING SCREW
To Adjust
Loosen clamp screw on adjusting lever and position blocking
link to meet requirement. Tighten screw.
