Note that Vbatt is internally connected to Vcc through a diode, so it may be left
unconnected if not required by the application design. Vbatt should be lower than Vcc to
avoid current swings during operation as the battery-backed RAM is accessed.
9.2.3. VCC_RF
VCC_RF is directly connected to Vcc by an internal trace and may be used to power an
external LNA or bias-T. Maximum current available is 50 mA. It may be left unconnected.
