DHCP Not Working
- Contact Network Administrator.
A 2826 phone configured as a digital endpoint
will not connect to the Cerato System
- Verify that the digital firmware
version (ccdig.rom) is loaded on the
phone.
- Verify that the Feature Class setting
on the phone has Extension status
inquiry set to YES.
- Verify that you are using the RJ11-to-
RJ45 cable and that it is connected
to the phone’s PC port and not the
Internet port.
