3. Transportation and storage
Packaging:
Shipping takes place depending on the order and drive (transport pallet,
transport frame, machine base frame), optionally covered with foil.
Other packaging types can deviate from this on a country-specific basis
(air / sea /truck freight).
Transportation:
Transportation shall be subject to observation of the safety requirements
and the gravity centre of machine and frame.

Transportation by means of fork lift:
• In the case of transportation by means of fork lift see to it that adequately
long forks are used to prevent the transported component from turning
over.
• See to it that the fork is attached to the pallet and not to the machine.
• Pay attention to projecting parts! There is the risk of injury to persons or
damage to property!
Transportation by means of crane:
• Do not stay below suspended loads!
• Fasten transport chains or ropes in the 4 holes drilled in the corners of the
machine frame.
• Do not lift up the casing!
• Remove transport aids after transportation.
