41) Installation of Power Unit
1. Clean power unit mating surface, and install dowel pin 1
and gasket 2.
2. Install power unit 3, and tighten bolts 4 in two or three
steps to specified torque.
4. Reconnect cooling water (fuel cooler) hoses 6, fuel hose 7
and flushing hose 8.
5. Install oil level gauge 9.
3. Install apron 5.

Power Unit Installation Bolt :
First Tightening Torque : 15 N·m (11 lb·ft) [1.5 kgf·m ]
Final Tightening Torque : 30 N·m (22 lb·ft) [ 3.0 kgf·m ]
6. Apply grease to sliding parts such as links and cables and
install pin to hold cable joint.
7. Connect neutral switch leads.
